World and Olympic time trial champion Fabian Cancellara has finally confirmed what was an open secret - he will be joining the Luxembourg  Project ProTeam of Andy and Frank Schleck.  Cancellara made the announcement at a presentation in Belgium yesterday evening, where he was chosen as the top rider of 2010.  Cancellara has signed a three year contract with the team, which has still not revealed the identity of its title sponsor.
