Kona Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Phillippe Simard as our new full-time sales representative. JP has been involved in the world of bicycles as a rider, mechanic, salesperson and store manager since he was 16 years old.

He joins our sales team with nearly 15 years of experience in the bicycle and ski industry, as a technician, salesman and store manager. He also has over six years of experience as a team mechanic and manager for professional mountain bike teams on the World Cup and Canada Cup circuit.

Jean-Phillippe also has a degree in business adminstration and marketing from St. Lawrence College, but don't hold it against him, he's a great guy who loves riding, working on and selling bikes.

Based in St.-Ferreol-les-Neiges, Quebec, JP will be visiting Kona dealers during the next month to preview the 2012 range and will show them at Expocycle in Montreal in September.
