The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) has released its annual report for 2019-2020, which includes anti-doping statistics on testing for the period April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2020.

Cycling - including Para-cycling - had a total of 314 tests conducted during the period; 101 In-Competition (IC) and 213 Out-of-Competition (OC). Separated out, Para-cycling accounted for 16 IC and 41 OC tests.

Cycling was the most tested sport - University Sports had a higher number of tests, but encompasses multiple sports, many of them team sports. Athletics, at 307 tests (including Para), was next highest. No other sport topped 200 tests.

Out of a total of 91 sports (24 Para), Cycling accounted for just under 10% (9.93%) of the total testing by CCES for the 12 month period.
