2027 Nationals Championship Schedule Released

Cycling Canada has released the 2027 schedule for national championships events across multiple categories and disciplines - Track, Esports, Gravel, Road, BMX, Mountain Bike, and Cyclo-cross.

"The Canadian Championships are at the heart of our domestic calendar, bringing together athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, supporters and communities from across the country to celebrate the very best of Canadian cycling," explains Robyn Skinner, Director of Community Growth and Events at Cycling Canada.

The season opens with Track and, for the second year in a row, the Elite/Para/Masters will compete at the Centre National de cyclisme de Bromont, in Bromont, Quebec, while Junior and U17 riders will return to the new Edmonton velodrome.

The Gravel championships take place in early June, in Duncan, BC, followed by the Road (ITT/RR/Criterium) returning once again to Saint-Georges, Quebec. The Masters will race at the end of July in Calgary.

the BMX championships will take place in Quebec, with the Racing titles awarded at Haut-Richelieu in early July, and the Freestyle at the Centre National de cyclisme de Bromont in late September.

Mountain Bike begins in Quebec with XCO and XCC at the legendary Mont-Sainte-Anne track in mid-July, overlapping with Downhill returning to Sun Peaks, BC. In the fall, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, will host the Marathon Championships on September 11th. The Enduro Championships will take place September 18–19, with the location to be confirmed.

The Championship season concludes at the end of October with Cyclo-cross, held at Hardwood in Ore-Medonte, north of Barrie, Ontario.
