RONA is launching a line of official Team RONA products, which will be offered to the public for the first time at the Montreal Women's Cycling World Cup on June 1 and at the Tour du Grand Montréal on June 3 and 4. A percentage of the profits from the sales of these products will be donated to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
"We created this line of products in response to popular demand last year. Lots of people were asking for products in the team's colors," explained Claude Bernier, RONA Executive Vice-President, Traditional Stores, marketing and development. "And we wanted to be able to share the earnings with an organization we're already supporting."
The product line includes official team jerseys and bicycle shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, polar fleeces, caps and hats, bicycle bottles, pins, key chains, mouse pads and the official team poster. Sales booths will be set up at the sites of the upcoming competitions.
