The International Cycling Union is joining forces with the IOC and the UNAIDS (Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS) in the publication of the first HIV/AIDS prevention manual for the sports world.
The UCI strongly recommends the cycling community to consult this manual, for example by downloading it free from the IOC's website - Here.
Over 40 million people worldwide are living with HIV. The sports community has not been spared since many of the people infected are involved with sport, either as athletes or spectators.
