CANADIAN OLYMPIC COMMITTEE
The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), a national, private, not-for-profit organization committed to sport excellence is seeking a full-time Manager, Olympic Preparation.
MANAGER, OLYMPIC PREPARATION
The overall purpose of this position is to develop and implement customized Olympic Podium Performance Preparation (OPPP) programs for both the summer and winter Olympic Games by working closely with National Sport Federation partners.
This position would be of interest to Olympic athletes or coaches and/or individuals who have significant experience within the Canadian Sport system at the high performance level, along with:
Understanding, recognition and respect for the roles, responsibilities and pressures of athletes, coaches and NSFs; and A commitment to continuing to strengthen the relationship with athletes, coaches and NSFs in order to achieve Olympic Podium success.
The position would report directly to the Director, Olympic Preparation.
Bilingualism would be a considerable asset in this position.
