Male Road Cyclists (CAT 1, 2 OR 3) Wanted for a U.S. TV Commercial

A casting company will be conducting auditions in and around the Lower Mainland at various venues and events from August 12th to 30th. They are looking for riders with extensive experience to be featured in an upcoming commercial for an investment company.
This commercial is open to Men aged 20 - 40 years old

They will be at the following events:

Saturday August 12th 2006 Squamish Time Trials
Sunday August 13th 2006 UBC (2pm -6pm - Toonie Race Start/Finish)
Tuesday August 15th 2006 UBC - Toonie Tuesday Race
Thursday August 17th 2006 Richmond - Coastal Thursday Night Racing

NON-UNION TALENT TERMS AND CAST SPECS

8.01.06 - We will be casting Canadian Non-Union Talent. Please refer to information below:

Exclusivity: Investment Services
Media: Network, spot, cable, internet, industrial,
(Option#1 for Print (National Newspapers/National Magazines) to be negotiated up front prior to booking)
(Option #2 for Direct Mail (Insert for national lists) to be negotiated up front prior to booking)
Territory: US including Puerto Rico, possessions and territories.
(Internet Worldwide-all formats)
Term: One year with options for years 2, 3 & 4.

"CYCLIST":
(14) Male cyclists that exhibit a high level of skill and technique in the cycling competition discipline. Age range approx. 24-37. It is most important that they are excellent cyclists at the top of their sport. Cyclists will be working and portrayed with other road race cyclists. We are also looking for varied ethnicities as well. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Casting: 7 X Hero Cyclists + 7 X Cycling Doubles
Audition Wardrobe: Cyclists to wear "cycling outfits" while auditioning & bring own road racing bike/helmet/eyewear/footwear
Audition Date & Location: TBD. In Vancouver, B.C.
Rehearsal: TBD
Shoot Dates: September 9th - 14th, (3) day commitment
Shoot Location: Scenic roadway outside Vancouver, BC (TBD)

NOTE:

Please make sure that you check and follow the applicable rules and regulations of your sporting association and/or teams relating to participation in advertising in all media listed above. Please make sure that you check and follow any applicable contracts for any restrictions concerning your participation in or receipt of money for your appearance in advertising in media listed above (including any rules relating to amateur athlete status.)

RATES:

Hero Athlete Session Fee: $900.00 Cdn (per day- includes own equipment)
Athlete Double's Session Fee: $500.00 Cdn (per day- includes own equipment)

Buyout**: $4,500.00 Cdn for the first year + option for years 2, 3 & 4.
**Please note: only those athletes recognizable in the final cut of the commercial will be eligible for the buyout noted above. Buyout to be paid upon final edit.
