We spoke with Chrissy Redden (Ritchey) today at the CABDA trade show. She said yesterday‚s cyclo-cross race, part of the Saturn Super Cross sries was „very fast, almost like a criterium.‰ She and the winner - Anne Grande (Redline) - dropped the rest of the field and stayed together for the entire race. On the final run-up, Grande got over the top first and was able to take the lead through the final chicanes and the finishing straight, to win by 3 seconds. In the men‚s race Josh Hall was the top Canadian, in 16th place, with Jeff Weber next at 28th. Bart Bowen of Saturn won.
