Campagnolo Launches Bora Art Contest

Campagnolo kicks off its 75th anniversary celebrations. Fans of the Italian brand can create the graphics for the Bora wheel.

Campagnolo will be celebrating the 75th anniversary of its foundation in 2008. This is an important milestone that the Italian Company wants to celebrate along with its many enthusiasts all over the world. It has therefore organized a competition, Bora Art, that will give an extraordinary chance to its fans to create a graphic design for the Bora wheel, Campagnolo's headline product in terms of design, performance and technology.

The theme will be "Bora: epitome of technology, performance, speed and success". Anyone can take part. All that's necessary is to check out and download the participation kit containing the file with the Bora wheel to create your work on.

The competition will begin on 21 May 2007 and it will be possible to send your creations up until 14 September.

The works will be judged by a special jury which will select 10 finalists. Their works will be realized physically and exhibited at the Milan Bicycle Exhibition next November, and published on the Campagnolo Bora Art site to allow the public to choose the winner.

The first three classified will be awarded the following prizes:

1st classified: a bike fitted with Chorus groupset and Bora wheels with the winning graphics from the competition

2nd classified: a bicycle fitted with Centaur groupset and Eurus wheels

3rd classified: a bicycle with Mirage groupset and Vento wheels
