Haywood Yaletown Grand Prix Early Bird Registration Ends Today
It's just one week until the 5th edition of the Haywood Yaletown Grand Prix gets underway in downtown Vancouver on Canada Day, July 1st. With summer finally arriving on the West Coast and a long-range forecast of unbroken sunny weather, this edition of the race promises to be yet another great way to spend the National Holiday.
This year's Yaletown Grand Prix will be event #5 in the BC Cup Road Series and will be the last chance for elite riders to test their fitness before heading East for the National Championships. Along with the pros, the day's events include a full slate of amateur racing with races for Cat 3 Men, Cat 4 Men, Masters Men and Cat 3/4 Women.
Registration is open at Karelo.com and the field-limited races are filling up fast. As an extra incentive to sign up early and guarantee a spot in the event, an early bird registration discount is in effect. Racers pre-registering for the event have until the end of the day on Tuesday, June 24th to get the early bird registration pricing of $35, after which it will rise to $45.
