Italian Emanuele Sella, the winner of this year's Climbers Jersey at the Giro, has tested positive for the new form of EPO which knocked Ricardo Ricco out of the Tour, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. Gazzetta said that the third generation EPO - CERA (for Continuous Erythropoietin Receptor Activator) was found in an out of competition test by the UCI.
