The 3rd in a series of Track Performance Development Camps is currently being held in Los Angeles.

Introduction to the Velodrome Series Expanded at the Forest City Velodrome

The Forest City Velodrome is pleased to announce that the Velodrome has expanded the "Introduction to the Velodrome" Track 1 session going into February. The Saturday afternoon sessions now includes 90 minutes of skills so that recreational and racing riders can more quickly be integrated into all of the programs the FCV has to offer.

Take a look at the Track 1 sessions that are available on our website (, and book yourself or your group into a session today..... Everyone that takes the course always has a "Blast"

The Velodrome is also on the hunt for the next Lance Armstrong. The track is doing this by offering one month "FREE" to the Youth in Ontario. If you know an athlete in another sport,, Hockey, Soccer, Rowing, Volleyball, or a cycling discipline.... Mountain, Road, BMX, Downhill rider, the FCV would love for them to come out to the track and raise their level of fitness over the winter. Now is the time to get to the Velodrome in London and see how good you really can be. This program is geared for young athletes 13 - 22 years old.

The initial instruction takes place every Saturday (January 10th) at 2:30pm, We have the bikes, you bring the riders. Youth Training is at 4pm every Saturday afternoon.
