The Newmarket Eagles continue to be committed to the promotion of youth cycling. The number of events has been expanded for 2009 with the addition of the Cycling Camp. Road Cycling Camp
May 16 - 18, Bradford-West Gwillimbury, Ontario
Boys and girls ages 12 - 16
Learn road cycling skills with a qualified and experienced coach.
A full programme of road rides, off-bike clinics and non-cycling outdoor activities
Includes two nights accommodation in cabins with meals
Learn to Ride Clinic (4th consecutive year)
Starting April 27, 12 sessions, Mondays, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, Newmarket, Ontario
Boys and girls ages 9 - 16
Learn a variety of individual and group road cycling skills taught by senior experienced cyclists. This a great opportunity to learn specific skills in a controlled location as well as the chance to go for group rides on safe roads while under close supervision.
