A very slow night for news! Coming up this weekend (August 9/10) at Hardwood Hills (about 90 minutes north of Toronto) is the National Mountain Bike Championships. Saturday is the downhill, at the Heights of Hardwood, with the cross-country taking place at Hardwood‚s own Mountain Bike Centre on Sunday. When we spoke to the organizer earlier in the week they said that they were projecting over 1,000 riders. We will be onsite all weekend, reporting on the racing (live from the race site on Sunday) and updating you on any news and gossip we come across. Since the Nationals are the last event in the Canada Cup Series, we will be providing you with final Series standings also.
