ExtremeRoad.com is pleased to present the twenty-second annual K-W Classic Road Race on Sunday June 14, 2009 in Kitchener, Ontario. This is race #5 of the prestigious Ontario Cup Road Series.
One of the most popular road circuits in Ontario, the classic Hidden Valley Road loop is the venue once again for this venerable race. Provincial Road Championship for Junior Men
This year, the Junior Men's event has been designated as their Provincial Road Championship. Please note that pre-registration for Junior Men is mandatory. All Junior Men must pre-register by midnight Thursday June 11. Also, please note that all Junior Men licensed riders (RMJ) must register in the Junior Men's event, regardless of whether they have upgrade status to race with the Senior Men.
Schedule change for this year
In order to accommodate the Junior Men's event being a championship, several changes have been made to the schedule. Most notably, the Senior 3 Men are scheduled to race later in the day, combined with the Master 1 Men. The Junior Men's event has been increased in length to 90 km and the last wave of races now begins at 13h40.
