Stage 4b was won by a group that went away early in the race... and stayed away

Stage 4b:  St-George downtown Criterium

2 Charles Dionne (Can) Fly V Australia
3 Raymond Kreder (Ned) Felt-Holowesko Partners-Garmin U23
4 Bernard Sulzberger (Aus) Fly V Australia

Before the 'main event"  a crit of 3 laps for the Director Sportifs was held.  10 of the 15 DS's in attendance are ex-racers and 5 have ridden the Tour de France.  They had a lot of fun  and then sprinted for the line.
