Team H&R BLOCK-KONA present BC CX CUP#1 Langley CX Classic Sept 6

Falling leaves, shorter days, cooler air…cyclocross season is fast approaching. Team H&R BLOCK-KONA is proud to host the Langley Cyclocross Classic and opening round of the BC Cross Cup at the Aldor Acres farm on September 6, 2009. All race net proceeds will be donated to the MS Society.  What a great way to kick off this year’s cross season with an all you can eat buffet of hard pack gravel, run ups, barriers, loose gravel corners and heart pounding intensity served up cold and wet.  Make sure those tubulars are glued on tight and the brake pads are fresh as this year’s edition of the Langley Cyclocross Classic will not disappoint hardy crossers and beginners to the sport.

Great cash and merchandise prizes generously provided by H&R BLOCK, KONA, FSA, Mavic, Interfor, Bodega Ridge Resort, KINeSYS, Pedros, Hartford Investments and Pedal Magazine. Draw prizes for all racers and volunteers will be awarded following the Men's 'A' race with a set of Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels up for grabs!
