Starting this month, the Pacific Cycling Centre in Victoria, BC will be offering indoor training sessions for cyclists of all abilities. The twice-weekly sessions will start on January 21st running through to March 11th. The sessions will be held at Saanich Commonwealth Place.
The 75-minute aerobic workout is open to cyclists, runners, and triathletes who want to get some base training in before race season. PCC Head Coach Houshang Amiri will be leading the sessions, which will include cycling specific stretches. Participants can sign up for all 15 sessions or pay a drop-in fee.
Session Details:
January 21 - March 11, 2010 (15 sessions)
Thursdays and Sundays: 5.45 pm - 7.15 pm
Cost: $15 drop-in; $189 for all 15 sessions
Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place, Arbutus Room, 4636 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria, BC.
Participants are asked to bring their bike and riding gear (cycling shoes and shorts not necessary) and arrive 15 minutes prior to the session.
