Free physiological testing with interpretation and feedback
Competitive, male cyclists are needed for a research study that is examining the effects of 3 weeks of inhaled salbutamol use on aerobic and anaerobic performance measures in non-asthmatics. The study is funded by the World Anti-Doping Agency and is being conducted by the Canadian Sport Centre Pacific through its high performance laboratories in Vancouver and Victoria. Feedback is provided on VO2max and peak power, 20KmTT performance, body composition, and anaerobic measures. The VO2max tests are interpreted to provide threshold-based heart rate training zones and information is provided on how to target the individual zones to help optimize your training.
For more information and to determine your eligibility, please contact Stacey Hutton at (604) 333-3506 or shutton@cscpacific.ca
