A new and exciting U23 road team project is about to be launched in the Ottawa/Outaouais region and athletes are now being sought.

This project will provide a comprehensive package consisting of management, coaching, travel, and equipment. The objectives of the team are to support graduating juniors and existing U23 athletes in achieving their high performance goals at National and International levels.

As a potential team member, you will be an elite U23 racer in 2011 with the desire to race to your top potential in a team environment. A team that trains together, races together, wins together.
