Revised event schedule for the 2010 Ontario Provincial Track Championships at the Forest City Velodrome (London) on October 15th to 17th


Friday  October 15th

5pm - 8pm
Open Track (Training, Warm-up, Skills Development)

6pm – 8pm
Competition Registration

Saturday October 16th

8am – 9:00am
Open Track & Registration

9:30am - Event #1 – 500m TT  (90 minutes)
Jr/Elite Women, Elite/Master Men, Cadet/Jr Men, Youth

11:30am – Event #2 – Ind. Pursuit (4 Hours)
 – Jr/Elite Women – 2000m (11:30am)
 - Master/EliteMen – 2000m (approx: 12:30)
 - Cadet/Jr Men – 2000m (approx: 1:30pm)
 - Youth - 1000m (3:00pm)

4pm - Event #3 – 1 lap TT - (75 minutes)
Jr/Elite Women, Elite/Master Men, Cadet/Jr Men, Youth


Evening Session


6:30pm – Event #4 – Points Race – (1 hour)

Youth Racers – 15 Laps (Scratch Race)
V-Kids – 10 Laps (Scratch Race)

Jr/Elite Women – 50 Laps (5 Sprints)
Elite/Master Men  - 60 Laps (6 Sprints)
Cadet/Junior Men  - 60 Laps (6 Sprints) 
   Sprint for Points every 10 Laps)


7:30PM – Event #5 - Scratch Race
 
Youth/V-Kids 15 lap scratch race

Jr/Elite Women – 50 lap
Elite/Master Men – 60 lap
Cadet/Jr Men – 60 lap

8:30pm – Event #6 – Elimination race
Riders will be eliminated every 5 laps

Youth racers will race 20 Lap Scratch Race

Jr/Elite Women
Elite/Master Men
Cadet/Junior Men


9:30 pm Evening Awards


Sunday October 17th

8am – 9am - Open Track

Keirin Qualifying – 1st Round Heats & Repecharge

10am

Sprint 1st Round (all riders from 1 Lap TT)
Sprint Repecharge (3x3 – 1 qualifies from each heat)

11am

Keirin Round #2  (3 to A final, 3 to B final)

11:30am

Sprint 2nd round
Sprint Repecharge (3x3 – 1 qualifies from each heat)

11:50am

Keirin Finals (7-12 Finals) & (1-6 Finals)

Lunch Break

Out of Province Riders Welcome in all Categories

Entry Fee $30.00 includes all events.

*** Categories will ride separate races depending on # of entries at Registration, Jr/Elite Women, Elite/Master Men, Cadet/Junior Men

*** Tie Breaker for Omnium .. Total time of individual events

Ontario Medals will only be awarded to the highest placing Ontario Licensed Riders.
