Registration open soon (May 1st) for the Canal Day MTB race on Sunday July 31st. Entries are limited to 300, so be sure to sign up early. Youth entry (U14) is free, and will be at race site only.
Course description: A challenging course of mostly single track with a variety of different terrain from rocky areas to rock gardens, roots, logs, bridge crossings and tight twisty trail sections to make a challenge for even the toughest Expert level rider. Course lap length will be approximately 15 km per lap with expected finish times of 1-1/2 hrs to 2 hrs in duration for the Expert race.
Riders will be placed in starting waves based on rider skill level selected during registration.
Youth MTB Race : This event is for those 14 yrs of age and under that want to feel the excitement of racing. For the younger riders [only], a great fun 5 km beginners specific course to make your first race experience a great one.
