RX Account Specialist / Summer Job starting in May for 5 months, Quebec/Montreal (Region)

Job Specifics:
·Answer optical dealers’ calls nationwide
·Word processing and data entry
·Re-issuing and claiming lost packages
·Fax and maintain pricelists, along with filling all other dealer requests
·Occasionally take on the responsibility of completing special projects
·Continuously learn and apply Oakley Canada’s optical dealer policies
·Consistently refreshing SAP knowledge pertinent to the position, through training or any other services offered by Oakley Canada Inc.
·Provide support and follow up for sales representatives
·Process daily Rx, sunglass, apparel and other product orders
·Advise accounts whose orders are delayed or restarted
·Work with doctors / opticians at accounts to troubleshoot any patient
·Process Rx returns
·Coordinate the shipping and receiving of Rx packages
·Pulls daily reports and share info on job statuses with other Rx account specialist
·Follows up with inc. on Rx orders related issues (credit holds, B/O’s…) .
