Duties and responsibilities:
• Order entry
• Answering customer requests
• Maintaining customer databases
• Assuring customers satisfaction with service and product
• New client prospecting
Skills and attributes:
• Bilingual
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Positive attitude
• Hard worker and great initiative
• Work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
• Good to expert knowledge of the cycling industry
• Good computer knowledge ( word, excel, outlook, sap)
