Enjoy from-the-bike-seat images of Goa (India), Cuba, Belize, New Zealand and the Rocky Mountains, with music by Dee-Lite, Polo Montanez and Raha Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Sip a chilled Pinot Gris. Savour a chef-created canape.

Ulrike created this short travel movie set to music for an "Adventure Lite" talk she presented at the Seattle Bike Expo last month. The Cascade crowd loved it, so she thought why not do it again here in Vancouver?)
