As part of Nationals, a new spectator-friendly relay event will take place on Sunday July 17th, at 11:15 am.

Inspired to get your wheels on the hill? There are a few events on Sunday July 17th, for mere mortals: The Iron Lung Grand Nationals, is for those not competing in Nationals along with Fast and Female mountain bike camp for women between nine and 19 years old (registration required).

There’s one word to describe the Canmore course: FUN. This new course, designed last year and tested by riders, has met with rave reviews from racers and spectators alike.
