The UCI has finalized the list of 22 teams that has met the criteria for registration as Pro Continental (second division) teams. Fifteen teams, including Canada's SpiderTech powered by C10, were announced in the first stage of registration on November 2nd. Roughly three weeks later five more teams were announced (after supplying extra documentation), and now the final two squads have been approved - Project 1T4I (Netherlands) and Team Europcar (France). Both of these teams had applied for ProTeam (first division) status but were not successful.
