It is that time of year again! Cycle Solutions Downtown is hiring for the 2012 season. There may be snow on the ground but the spring rush isn't far off. We are looking to add the following positions to our team.
Service Intake Associate:
• In this position you will be responsible for writing service orders, performing spot repairs (flats, gear/brake adjustments etc.) and general customer service as needed.
• Shop experience with bicycle repair is a must in this position. We unfortunately do not have the space or time to train new mechanics.
• Because you will be the "face" of Cycle Solutions service shop, a good attitude and great customer service skills are required.
• We are a very busy service shop, punctuality and good organizational skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Apple and specifically Lightspeed software is an asset.
• Must be available weekends.
Service Associate:
• In this position you will be responsible for general bicycle service.
• Shop experience with bicycle repair is a must in this position. We unfortunately do not have the space or time to train new mechanics.
• We have done our best to create a fluid service environment. Because we are such a busy shop, quality service/organizational skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Apple and specifically Lightspeed software is an asset.
• Must be available weekends.
Retail Floor Staff:
• In this position you will be responsible for direct sales, answering phones, writing quotes and developing and maintaing relationships with our customer base.
• This position requires excellent customer service skills.
• Position IS NOT commission based.
• Knowledge of current cycling technology and trends is a must.
• Knowledge of Apple and specifically Lightspeed software is an asset.
• Must be available weekends.
