From an unimpeachable source: As Laurence Leboucher rolled across the line, the Great Britain and GT team managers were hand timing riders. Both had her at around 21:03, and expected either Caroline Alexander or Alison Dunlap to be announced as the winner of the stage. Both were considerably surprised to hear Laurence Leboucher announced as winner! They both talked to the timing judge, who stood by her time. Thus, Leboucher is the leader by 34 seconds...
