Wohlberg DQ
The debate over Eric Wohlberg's disqualification in the U.S. Olympic Trials Time Trial - which he won, and which is also the first stage of the Tour LeFleur stage race - continues to rage. Wohlberg claims that he was given the okay by officials on the line, and that it is the same bike with which he won the Pan Ams last year. We are waiting for a statement from bike manufacturer Cervelo.

Camp Fortune Canada Cup DH #1
We just spoke with Canada Cup Downhill #1 organizer Peter Suderman, at Camp Fortune. The event ofers both a Quebec Cup cross-country (tomorrow) and the Canada Cup (and Quebec Cup) Downhill (Sunday). Peter says that there are over 700 already registered for the weekend, with riders coming in from all over canada for the Canada Cup. In the cross-country, riders such as Eric Tourville, Bill Hurley and Julian Hines are registered. Peter says that the courses are the same as last year's Nationals, but that the cool, wet weather of late has made them pretty slippery.
