The Hardwood 50km and 24km SingleTrack Challenge will take place Sunday, October 20th, at Hardwood Ski and Bike. Sadly, this is the FINAL MTB event on the OCA calendar for the season, but the trails are in beautiful shape!
Come Ride or Race 50km or 24km of dedicated Mountain Bike Trails, and never ride the same single track twice! No road crossings, gravel road, or other traffic to worry about. This is your chance to enjoy all of Ontario's favourite mountain bike trails in one day.
Riders will tackle "Fun", "Cranked", "Serious", "Gnarly" and "Radical" courses for a total of 50 km's. You can ride it Solo, or Tag Team and partner up with a friend to take turns and split the distance. There are also Open and Youth categories for a less insane ride of 24 km's.
There is a field limit of 300 Solo and Tag Teams, so don't miss out! Registration is open until 5pm Saturday, October 19th, or until registration limit is reached. There is NO day of entry.
Specialized Bicycles will also be onsite for a launch of the 2014 Test the Best demo’s. Come ride one of the new 2014 29rs from Specialized.
