The U.S.-based 5-Hour Energy p/b Kenda Continental squad has announced their 2014 lineup, and it includes Quebec's Bruno Langlois, who has left the Garneau-Quebecor team.  5-Hour Energy has lost one of the mainstay's of the team, Francisco Mancebo, who will be joining a new European Continental team, Skydive-Dubai.
