Russ Hay's Bicycles have partnered up with Parker Johnston to launch "Bikes for Kids" into its second year. They are asking for your help in giving kids the Christmas they deserve.
Bring your gently used kids bikes into Russ Hay's and the Russ Hay's team will repair them and distribute them to a community charity.
"Many people have bikes sitting around - why not bring them in, let us fix them up and you can be involved in making a kid smile this Christmas," says Martin Clermont of Russ Hay's. "Every kid should have a bike - it gives them freedom as well as a great sense of responsibility."
Bring your gently used kids bike into the Victoria or Sidney location before December 15th (in order for them to be distributed prior to Christmas) and the Russ Hay's elves will get to work. If you don’t have a bike to drop off but would like to help, they will gratefully accept monetary donations that will go directly towards purchasing bikes for charity.
Join them in making 2013's "Bikes for Kids" a huge success!
