On November 5th, the UCI registered in the 1st division the teams already holding a current UCI WorldTour licence whose application file met the registration conditions set out in UCI Regulations.
The following teams were concerned:
AG2R La Mondiale (FRA)
Belkin - Pro Cycling Team (NED)
BMC Racing Team (USA)
Cannondale (ITA)
FDJ.FR (FRA)
Garmin Sharp (USA)
Omega Pharma - Quick Step Racing Team (BEL)
Team Katusha (RUS)
Team Tinkoff Saxo (DEN)
Lotto Belisol (BEL) (UCI decision of 25th November)
In accordance with UCI Regulations, applicants for a UCI WorldTour licence as well as licence holders who could not be granted registration initially were referred to the Licence Commission by the UCI administration. As a result of the hearings held on the 18th and 22nd of November, the Licence Commission has decided to grant a UCI WorldTour licence to the following teams:
Astana Pro Team (KAZ) - 2014-2016
Lampre - Merida (ITA) - 2014-2015
Movistar Team (ESP) - 2014-2016
Orica GreenEdge (AUS) - 2014-2016
Sky Procycling (GBR) - 2014-2016
Team Europcar (FRA) - 2014-2015
In addition, the Licence Commission has decided to grant registration for the 2014 season in the 1st division to the following teams:
Team Argos - Shimano (NED)
Trek Factory Racing (USA) [licence transfer approved]
On November 5th, the UCI registered in the 2nd division the candidate teams whose application file met the registration conditions set out in UCI Regulations

Androni Giocattoli (ITA)
Bardiani - CSF (ITA)
Caja Rural - Seguros RGA (ESP)
CCC POLSAT Polkowice (POL)
Cofidis, Solutions Crédits (FRA)
Colombia (COL)
Drapac Professional Cycling (AUS)
IAM Cycling (SUI)
MTN - Qhubeka (AFS)
Rusvelo (RUS)
Team Netapp - Endura (GER)
Team Novo Nordisk (USA)
Topsport Vlaanderen - Baloise (BEL)
Unitedhealthcare Professional Cycling Team (USA)
Wanty - Groupe Gobert (BEL)
Yellow Fluo (ITA)
In accordance with UCI Regulations, one team who could not be granted registration initially was referred to the Licence Commission by the UCI administration. Following its hearing before the Licence Commission, the following team was granted registration in the 2nd division:
Bretagne - Seche Environnement (FRA)
