SRAM continues to work through the recall of an estimated 19,000 hydraulic brake systems that could potentially suffer a failure of seals and thus operation. The company set up a special website to deal with the recall [see Daily News - SRAM Updates Hydraulic Road Brake Recall with Website], and now have provided more detailed information on a replacement plan, which will swap out customers' hydraulic brakes for mechanical ones for the interim period while a new hydraulic system is produced. The replacement program can be seen Here.
