Six Hours of Maple Mountain Bike Relay

Cowichan Cycles is hosting the Six Hours of Maple mountain bike relay race on May 18th on Maple Mountain near Crofton. You can participate in this event as an individual or in teams of two or three. This will be a awesome opportunity to meet and mingle with like minded people, while challenging yourself on some fantastic trails.

The event will be using the lower part of the Maple Syrup loop, that the Cowichan Trail Stewardship Society has worked so hard on. This course will not be taking riders up to the top of Maple Mountain, but only 2.5km up the mainline to branch M600. At this point the course will then hook-up to the lower, more flowy section of Maple Syrup, where riders will be treated to 7km of some of the most fun trails in the Cowichan Valley.

Now is the chance to test your team dynamics if you are racing MOMAR later this year or just want to have a good time trashing talking your riding buddies. Registration is only $33 per person and proceeds will be going towards the Cowichan Trails Stewardships Society's trails building and maintenance efforts.
