Canadian U23 rider Nigel Ellsay, riding for Sojasun Espoir ACNC, won the White Jersey at the Tour de Franche-Comte in France last weekend. Here are the comments he sent to us:
I just finished off a successful Tour de Franche-Comte (Elite National, FR). I got in a late break on stage 3 and finished 5th after being caught just before the line with some late attacks. I was 10th in the stage 4 mountain TT where I took the white jersey for the Best Young Rider. I fought hard with a Belgian from EFC-Quickstep on the final stage and just kept the jersey!
