The M1 Pro Cycling project has partnered with Rudy Project and SIDI as the H&R Block Pro Cycling Team's official helmet, sunglass and cycling shoe supplier. The H&R Block Pro Cycling Team welcomes Rudy Project and SIDI to the M1 Pro Cycling project, as they are industry leaders in each of their categories.
"Having two internationally recognized brands such as Rudy Project and SIDI join the team continues to validate that we are moving toward the right direction in the evolution of the M1 Project," says Sponsorship Director Robin Clegg.
Rudy Project will be outfitting the team with their Windmax road helmet and Wingspan time trial helmet, along with a full line of casual and sport specific glasses.
"We're proud to have sponsored the amateur Team H&R Block for the last 6 years, and over that time have watched them take home a phenomenal amount of victories while wearing our technically advanced helmets and sunglasses," said Paul Craig, President of Rudy Project North America. "Now we're excited to continue that relationship into 2015 and look forward to cheering them on as they grab even more titles around the US and Canada."
Through an existing five-year relationship with Vellend Tech Canada Inc., the new H&R Block Pro Cycling Team is excited to have SIDI as the team's official shoe partner. "With a relationship that spans over 20 years, Vellend Tech Canada Inc. is proud to have the H&R Block Pro Cycling Team ride on our SIDI Wire shoes. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance the SIDI brand with one of Canada's top professional cycling teams", states Robert Vellend, President and CEO of Vellend Tech.
"We are very honoured to have both of these brands align themselves with us as we know that it is a competitive market for their support", states Robin. The team now looks forward to showcasing these products in winning moves both on and off the bike.
Mark Ernsting, leading the M1 Project, emphasizes, "It is important to highlight the fact that many of our partnerships, such as Rudy and SIDI, have been nurtured over many year and that they value the partnership as much as we value their support. This lends credibility to potential new partners that want to join the team."
The M1 Project continues to build momentum as the H&R Block Pro Cycling Team enters into the 2015 season.
