July 23/00 2:28 am - Hesjedal Leads in First Lap

On the first lap, it was Ryder Hesjedal off to a fast start, followed by Chad Miles, Roland Green and Andreas Hestler. While the overall lead is important, it is the race for the Olympic spot that is just as interesting - Green, Seamus McGrath and Geoff Kabush fighting for two available spots. Roland Green pretty much as a lock on one spot, so the other two are the ones we are watching. Right now, as they end the first lap, the two are riding together in 5th/6th.
