We love testing high end stuff; who wouldn't? State-of-the-art bikes can help make you the best rider you can be.
However, most (meaning almost all) of us do not have the resources to drop $8000 or $10,000 on a bike and, to be honest, you really don't need to in order to get a bike that provides everything you need to enjoy yourself.
To that end, we have tested three road bikes, all $2500 or under, that offer great specs and, more importantly, the handling characteristics that make them a pleasure to ride.
Our three options are:
Cinelli Gazzette Della Strada; a light touring/commuter bike at $1799.
Cervelo R2 105; a sport bike at $2495.
Norco Search 105; an Adventure/Gravel bike at $2500.
Clicking on the links above will take you to the review for the particular bike.
Note: All bikes are 2015 model years.
