The Pacific Cycling Centre will host a winter training camp on November 24 - 27. The second camp of the 2016-2017 PCC cycling season will provide cyclists with the riding volume they need to kick off the season. The focus will be on endurance and strength development with work on the skill and technical component of riding.
The four-day camp will include daily endurance rides - including a fitness assessment ride - and a focus on sprinting and hill climbing. A strength and conditioning/core session led by personal trainer Hilary Wille, and a training presentation by head coach Houshang Amiri will also be part of the camp.
Cyclists will be observed by the coaching staff, who will give feedback and assist with their 2017 training plans.
To accompany the camp, PCC is offering services such as Power Meter analysis, dynamic bike positioning, MAP and lactate profiling for an additional fee.
Deadline to apply is November 15, 2016. For more information, visit Here.
