She also holds a Sports Physiotherapy Certificate and certification for Integrated Dry Needling.

In her role, Aly will be working primarily with the National and Provincial level Track Cycling athletes and coaches based at the velodrome in Milton. Aly joins a team of CSIO expert sport science and medicine practitioners that collaborate and work together as an Integrated Support Team (IST) both in the daily training environment and in competition settings. One of Aly's focuses in her role will be on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of injury.

"We're excited to have Aly join our team and continue the valuable contribution that Laura has made," said Andrea Wooles, Science, Medicine, and Innovation Manager at Cycling Canada.  "Aly and Laura work really well together and that's a great indicator that we've found a good fit for our team as a whole. CSIO has again shown themselves to be an outstanding partner through our collaboration on this hiring as well as continued support of a majority of our integrated support team for Track Cycling, and it's a pleasure to work with them."
