There are a few spots available in Pacific Cycling Centre's winter training camp scheduled for December 7 - 10. This second camp of the off-season will focus on endurance, strength, and core stability while boosting aerobic capacity.
The four-day camp, based in Victoria, BC, will include daily long rides, ranging from three to five hours, will aim to improve aerobic power, ITT, and climbing techniques. The workouts will also cover sprint techniques and pace line drills.
Led by Head Coach Houshang Amiri, there will also be an in-class training presentation. Cyclists will be assessed on the long rides and from data accumulated, will receive feedback on their 2018 training plans.
Deadline to apply is November 30th. For more information, visit www.pacificcyclingcentre.ca/camps/.
