The Ride for Karen is an annual cycling event to raise money to support children living with cancer. Now in its 16th year, the annual event is a tribute to Karen Tobias, who passed away from breast cancer. The Ride for Karen was created to continue her legacy of harnessing the positive power of hope. 100% of proceeds are donated to charity.
On Sunday, August 12th, join cyclists from across Ontario at Ride for Karen, an annual fundraising ride to send children with cancer to camp. The fully-supported cycling event features a century ride (160km), along with 100km and 200km distances. The ride starts from the Markham Fairgrounds and rolls through the countryside north of Toronto.
