Rocky Mountain Bicycles is pleased to announce that JF Gelinas will be taking on the position of Canadian Sales Director. He started this new position on June 3rd, 2019.

He has been with Rocky Mountain for the past 11 years, starting as a Technical Representative and most recently as an International Sales Representative, making him the best candidate to take on this strategic role within the Sales team. He is incredibly passionate about mountain biking and the brand. Professionally, he has a very rigorous approach, and is continuously searching for improvements.

Overall, JF has close to 20 years of experience in the cycling world, excellent knowledge of Canadian dealers, and a very strong understanding of the global mountain bike market. Both on the bike and professionally, he is not afraid to take on challenges.

JF's main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of sales representatives
• Lead the team to reach and surpass their sales objectives
• Coach, motivate and support the team in a highly competitive B2B environment
• Lead an active role on the Director's Committee representing the sales force of the company
