Sea Otter Classic - Men's Short Track


"A very fast race"the editor said when he called to give the unofficial results. "They were just screaming around the track....." And so it could have been any one of the riders who took turns at the front during today's men's short track. Roland Green (Trek VW) was at he front, then it was Michael Rasmussen (Haro/Lee Dungarees), Filip Meirhaghe (Specialized), Cadel Evans (Volvo Cannondale). Bart Brentjens (Giant).... But in the end Meirhaghe and Brentjens were able to gap the field by a few seconds and Meirhaghe took the win by a whisker......
