Registration is now open for Pacific Cycling Centre's endurance training camp, from November 28th to December 1st in Victoria. This is the first camp in preparation for the 2020 cycling season.
The four-day camp will include daily long rides, ranging from three to five hours, and will focus on improving aerobic power, ITT skills, and climbing techniques. The workouts will also cover sprint techniques and pace line drills. Led by Head Coach Houshang Amiri, there will also be an in-class training presentation.
"We have completed most of the pre-season testing and evaluations over the last few weeks with our athletes but will continue benchmarking current fitness during this camp, and provide everyone with feedback for the 2020 race season," said Amiri.
Deadline to apply is November 20, 2019. For more information, please visit www.pacificcyclingcentre.ca.
