The Probaclac/Devinci team will become DC Bank/Probaclac for 2020, racing as a UCI Continental registered squad.  This will be the 26th season for the organization and the third as a UCI team.

In the 2020 season, several important partners are joining the organization to support the development of North American cycling. This merger of resources and expertise will allow the team to position itself in the long term as essential for the development of young athletes as they progress towards the highest levels of professional cycling.

DC Bank joins the organization as a major partner. The Alberta bank associated with cycling for many years now (M1 Project) has decided to continue its involvement in North American elite cycling.

DC Bank will share the team title with Probaclac, the national probiotics manufacturer based in Montreal that has been associated with the team for the past three years.

Other important partners are joining the team this season are the Meridien Group and Mandevco Properties, who will contribute as secondary partners, alongside TRA advanced road techniques and Trek financial coaching.

Devinci, the Chicoutimi-based bicycle brand, continues its association with the organization for the seventh year. Riders can rely on the reliability of the LEO Carbon as a competitive bike.

For the 2020 season, a record of more than 25 partners will support the organization at different levels.

There are big changes to the roster for 2020, with 13 of the team's 14 athletes in their first season with the squad. The team will include riders from six provinces across Canada.

For the 2020 season, the team's objective is to participate in the UCI races in North America. The calendar will be combined with several national and provincial races, and will allow athletes to perform well from April to September. The organization encourages student perseverance, so the calendar has been adjusted to the athletes' schedules.
Also, some of the team's athletes will take part in selected gravel bike events.

At the organizational level, Steven Hewick of Hewdog Athletics Inc. joins the team as a co-director. Steven will be responsible for managing cycling operations from Western Canada and the United States. He already has an excellent background as a professional athlete and as the director of Hewdog Racing, a Canadian National Trade Team. He also is the manager of professional triathlon team. The addition of Steven to the organization will help the team to better position itself at the North American level.

David Dulude will be part of the team as Director of High Performance Development. David is well known on the East Coast with a strong background in athletic experience and has been a certified coach for over twenty years. Owner of a PowerWatts franchise, his role will be to monitor and advise athletes and their coaches to optimize certain aspects of their development according to the team's objectives.

Maxime St-Onge, a newcomer this season, will act as a nutrition advisor. Athletes will be able to consult Maxime if necessary in order to optimize this part of their athletic preparation.

Mark Ernsting will act as a consultant to the organization. Mark is happy to put his experience as an organization and event manager to good use. He is part of the organization of the famous BC Superweek cycling series.

On the social media side, Samuel Labrie Ross will be in charge of feeding social networks for the fourth year in a row. In addition, Samuel will be in charge of the production of visual material. He will be working with Vincent Drouin who is in charge of the website.

Stéphane Tremblay will remain the General Manager and co-director of the organization. When the organization was started the organization 26 years ago, no limits were set. Being one of the most important Canadian teams is very exciting! The addition of highly skilled people to the organization adds even more seriousness to the project.
