I doubt if the Canadians went to the World Cup in Holland. The reason is that they weren't getting start money like all the countries. Some organizers claim that if your country is not ranked in the top fifteen in the world then you don't get the 500 swiss, per rider, that the other riders are paid. So this makes it too expensive for travel.
